About Russell W. Hall III

Russell Wilton Hall III believes the family is the building block of a great society and he believes that all children should have the opportunity to grow in a stable family. He believes adoption is a great opportunity for biological parents to give their child a chance to live in a stable family if they are unable to provide one for the child.

Because Russell believes so firmly in the need for a child to have a stable home, he has spent the past three years narrowing his law practice from a general practice to an adoption law practice. His practice is located in Horry County along the northern coast of South Carolina, and he travels throughout the state helping clients with their adoption needs.
